ABOUT US 

Originally inspired by alternative healing therapies while living and working in Japan, Heidi Garis decided to pursue this passion as a career upon returning to the United States.  Since graduating from The Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy in 2001, she has been associated with Plumsteadville Family Practice, Heritage Towers Retirement Community, and Park Avenue Chiropractic.  Recruited by The National Academy of Massage Therapy and Healing Sciences, Heidi served as an instructor for their massage therapy program for several years.  She currently sees clients exclusively from her private practice in Sellersville, PA and specializes in CranioSacral Therapy, Medical/Corrective Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Quantum Touch® Energy Therapy.  She has additional training in Reiki, Reflexology, Touch for Health and is currently pursuing studies in Emotional Freedom Technique.  Heidi is Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy and Bodywork and a member in good standing of The American Massage Therapy Association.  She received her Bachelor of  Social Work in 1988 from Philadelphia Biblical University and her Master of Social Work degree from Rutger's Univeristy in 1989.
